Rescuing Leftover Cuisine

A national 501(c)(3) headquartered in New York City that redistributes excess food from businesses to people experiencing food insecurity. Founded in 2013 by Robert Lee, it works to end hunger and food waste by connecting donors with local shelters, soup kitchens, and food pantries.
