We need Super Connectors to lead our chapters

"Chapter Lead" is the title. Super Connector and Super Mobilizer is the job, and it is how we identify the right person for every city. AAPI Network is a network of networks, so a chapter launches fast only when its lead already brings:

  • Years of networkA network built over years, with thousands of local connections.
  • Trusted relationshipsWith the organizations, artists, businesses, and leaders already doing the work.
  • Local authorityCredibility in the local community, so people take your call.
  • PullThe charisma to get people to show up when you ask.

Each of those relationships brings a whole network with it. That existing trust is what gets a chapter from launch to 5 pilot partners in 30 days. HQ builds everything else around it.
